- The service you are interested in and the message you send.
- When you submit the form, the landing page, referring page and any campaign labels contained in the link.
- Limited technical and security information generated by our hosting provider, such as request logs and IP address data.
- Information you choose to share when contacting us by email or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
Who receives it
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, database storage, security and business communications. It may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where this is necessary or legally required. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards where required.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact so we can manage follow-up and maintain an accurate business record. If an enquiry becomes a client project, relevant records may be kept for longer to meet contractual, accounting, tax or legal requirements. Security logs are kept only for the period reasonably required by the hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email pr@instapr.eu to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
Is the information required?
The fields marked as required are needed for us to understand and reply to your enquiry. You are not legally required to provide them, but without them we may be unable to respond. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
