The short version
We collect only what we need to answer an enquiry and run this website securely.
We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decisions or add people to marketing lists after they contact us.

What we collect
- Information you choose to share when contacting us by email or WhatsApp, such as your name, business details and project requirements.
- Limited technical and security information generated by our hosting provider, such as request logs and IP address data.
When you select a WhatsApp button, you leave this website. WhatsApp processes your use of its service under its own privacy terms. Your prepared message is not sent to InstaPR until you choose to send it in WhatsApp.
Why we use it
Who receives it
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, security and business communications, including WhatsApp when you choose that contact method. It may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where this is necessary or legally required. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards where required.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact so we can manage follow-up and maintain an accurate business record. If an enquiry becomes a client project, relevant records may be kept for longer to meet contractual, accounting, tax or legal requirements. Security logs are kept only for the period reasonably required by the hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email pr@instapr.eu to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
Is the information required?
You choose what to include in your message. We generally need enough information to understand the service you want and a way to reply. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Changes
We will update this notice if our services or data practices change. The current review date is shown on this page.
