A complete website refresh for Procabs built around customer feedback, extensive research into taxi and transport websites, Procabs' full service offering and carefully designed UX/UI journeys. The result is a cleaner experience that helps passengers quickly find the right option for local taxis, airports, business travel and accessible transport.
The Galway taxi website brings together customer feedback, a review of the existing website and research into transport websites and booking patterns. We mapped the full service offering around what passengers need to do: book a Local Taxi, plan an Airport Transfer, arrange Business Travel or request an Accessible Taxi. A broad range of taxi services, with a clearer customer journey.
